What I do
It’s been said that America does not have a Cuisine you can define however, combining these cultures and flavors, then bringing it home is just that. My creations can be proudly called "American Cuisine". We do every kind of event and make it unique to your specifications, needs and wants then make it absolutely delicious.
About Me
I'm a Chef at heart; I've been a Sushi Chef for a big part of my life. It has always been my passion to create different foods. Since too short to reach the counter, I would scoot the chair quietly over, pull out all the spices and began sniffing them, imagining what it would taste like with this or that. “My first Stove Dish”.. (my mom allowed me to make) was, Deconstructed Apple Pie. When she saw my kitchen skills and tasted it she said, “You should be a chef and start making dinner too”; It sounded good to me and I did. Over the years my passion grew as I did, along with my knowledge, utensils and pallet. Since I was 15 I have been Networking with my "Marketing Guru" Grandmother who showed me, it too, is an art. Onto College and small jobs, marketing and making sales for a local magazine part time, being an Ambassador for our local Chamber Of Commerce and all while dreaming of owning a business one day .
